Just went to Dr Isabel’s south Location earlier this week and they were amazing ! Donna made me feel so welcomed. She... was patient , understanding, and very informative as well. And then once the doctor got to me , I could’ve sworn he had all the time in the world as far as listening to any and all of my concerns and I’m actually looking forward to my future appointments . I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a couple weeks! I have severe anxiety, however, I was so calm walking in... this dentist. Stephanie walked me in after checking my temperature in my car, opened the business doors for me, and offered me hand sanitizer. (Very cautionary!) Stephanie was amazing! She talked to me the whole time and kept checking up on me during my cleaning to make sure I wasn’t panicking. I noticed she was way more gentle then my last dentist, and WAY better at listening to what I had to say regarding my teeth. Dr. Isbell came in to check my teeth and I got nervous but he was also very nice, even when explaining my teeth situation and what future care to do better or start doing. My LAST DENTIST constantly made me feel bad about myself, I would leave each appointment with the lowest self esteem and crying all the way home. I never thought I would tell people my dentist appointment was amazing, or that I’m not scared to go back. I am so glad I got referred to go here!read more

I am not one to write reviews/comments but I am compelled to share my experiences at Isbell Dental. I've had both Dr.... Isbell's work on me. Both are very contentious about making sure all your questions are answered and that you understand what is happening to you. Their staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly. As others have said before, you don't dread going to their office.read more

Had an awesome cleaning/check-up the other day. Hygienist Stefani was very through and educated me throughout my... visit. Knowledge is power. Stefani educated me about each strength or weakness she noticed while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Isbell came in and went over all of my and their concerns and laid out a very detailed schedule for follow-up work as well as a referral for a second opinion from an orthodontist to meet with about some of my concerns. I was very impressed.read more

Love Dr. Isbell and his whole office! They are all so sweet and caring. I don’t love getting dental work done (who... does?) but this is the only office that’s made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. They’ve also upgraded their appointment procedures to make sure everyone who visits is extra-safe during this time of COVID. I’ve been to dentists in Atlanta, Denver, and London, England, and Dr. Gordon Isbell is the very best of any I’ve visited!read more

However this evening they went above & beyond for our family my son fell & hit his mouth & I was really worried but thought it might be fine.
